Landlords and owners will benefit from our experience and training, in the selection and interviewing of suitable tenants from selected channels, company and organisation connections and advertising. Our aim is to free the owner of what is a time consuming responsibility, and of any anxiety that can be caused, without the experience and knowledge that is necessary within the privately rented sector. 

Apart from others, the most important aspect of letting is making sure you find the right tenant, by doing this you overcome nearly all future problems that have been experienced by the amateur, ultimately, saving time. Because of our response and mobility, we are able to cost effectively produce tenants who are suitable and able to afford the accommodation on offer, thereby allowing ourselves the opportunity to achieve maximum rental yield for our client landlord/owner, and also to produce a responsible tenant who will look after your property, while at the same time maintain their own image.

We have firm, but fair clear rules where all problems are 'nipped in the bud' both in a financial and practical sense that will contribute to the smooth running of the tenancy and reflect in our clients Bank Statements. 

The Company's main function is to provide suitable tenants who can well afford your property and who will look after it, to manage and supervise all aspects of the tenancy to include: references, agreements, notices (legal or otherwise), payments, collections, advertising, stationery, maintenance, breakdowns and replacement tenants when required. Also to advise, consult and agree with the owner all aspects of the preparation, valuation and suitability of each premises. 

Our fees of ten percent of the gross annual rental income are competitive and can more often than not be offset by our professional approach and immediate response, but more important, is our emphasis to keep your property occupied for twelve months of the year.
