MAINTENANCE

As a market lender in the management and letting business we have a dedicated team of maintenance engineers covering all aspects of routine works and itemised programs or repairs. We have experienced uniformed members of staff and are also one of the few employers that are actively employing apprentices. All maintenance is carried out only with the owners permission. The schedules are detailed and concise with no room for "mis-understanding"

Our aim is to provide a good housing stock and therefore carry out bi-annually and annual maintenance programs.

ANNUAL SCHEDULE

Clear gutters to front and rear Paint external woodwork inc. yard gate, gutters, windows and doors.

Cost £140 to keep the property in good external order and appearance.

OTHER PROGRAMS

  • Removal of boiler between lets (if applicable)
  • Fitting of net curtains (for privacy)
  • Changing of Locks
  • Gas* and Electrical Certificates
  • Carpets
  • * Legal requirment Maintenance is always at the owners discretion
