We are not estate agents and specialise solely in domestic property rentals throughout the North West. Our commitment is to provide a high quality, affordable service second to none.

Before you make a viewing or are given details of individual properties it is our policy to obtain as much detail as possible to ensure your needs and that of the landlord are matched.


In all but a few exceptions applicants are required to be in full-time employment and to have been so for more than one year. Where this is not the case, applicants should be willing to prove their financial means as required. Our landlords require us to furnish them with detailed information on any prospective tenant we recommend.

Having viewed a property you would like to proceed with, we require a formal application to include references from your bank, employer, (previous employer where applicable) together with previous landlord or agent. Where necessary a guarantor may be required. Self-employed applicants will need to provide details of their accountant.

The appropriate administration fee must accompany an application. Once the application is agreed in principle the property will be removed from our register.

DEPOSIT 
A property deposit of one and a quarter month's rent and sometimes more is required once your application is approved. in principle. Personal or small company cheques will only be accepted if presented a full seven days in advance of the tenancy start. 

RENTS
Rents are generally payable in advance on the first day of each month by banker's order. A minimum of one month's rent is payable in cleared funds before occupation.
